If you have purchased your ticket vai Resident Advisor then don't worry, we will have a record of it. Just bring some ID on the night and everything will be fine.

If you have purchased your ticket vai Ticketweb, then you must get intouch with them directly and they can help.

If you purchased your ticket from Attic and it is lost, then we're afraid there's nothing we can do. Try looking down the back of the sofa x
If there's an unfortunate situation where an event is cancelled. We will endeavour to have it rescheduled asap! Check our Twitter and Facebook for announcements. In the event of a reschedule all tickets for the original event will still be valid. On the rare occasion we cannot rescheduled the event, all tickets will be refunded from the vendor your purchased from eg Ticketweb.
If you have selected etickets from Resident Advsor or Ticketweb, then you collect your tickets from the cash desk at the venue on the night of the event.
